This plan is mainly designed for UPS (uninterruptible power supply device), using core components such as IGBT (insulated gate bipolar transistor), FRD (fast recovery diode), silicon carbide diode, and current sensor to achieve stable power supply and efficient management, and to achieve intelligent monitoring of the power system.

Content of the plan

Application of IGBT modules:

IGBT is an efficient power switching device that converts input AC power into DC power, and then converts DC power into the desired AC power. Due to the characteristics of low conduction voltage, high switching frequency, and excellent current driving ability of IGBT, UPS power supply can achieve miniaturization and high power output.

FRD and silicon carbide diode:

FRD and silicon carbide diodes are used to improve the efficiency and reliability of the system. FRD can instantly restore its positive electrical conductivity, effectively preventing voltage backlash and improving system stability; Silicon carbide diodes have excellent performance such as high voltage, high temperature, high frequency, and high power, which can significantly improve the overall performance of the system.

Application of current sensors:

The current sensor is used to monitor the current changes of the UPS power supply in real-time. When the current exceeds the set threshold, the current sensor will output an alarm signal to protect the power supply system from damage caused by high currents.

Intelligent monitoring system

By combining the above components with an intelligent monitoring system, we can monitor the working status of the UPS power supply in real-time, including input/output voltage, current, power and other parameters. At the same time, we can also remotely control and manage the power supply. When there is an abnormality in the system, the intelligent monitoring system can issue an alarm in a timely manner and automatically switch to the backup power supply to ensure the stable operation of the system.
